Tips to Improve the performance of your Virtual Machine

Its a common scene that your virtual machine is too slow to work on. Here is a tip to cure it.

In Red Hat/CentOS:

Execute the following :-

echo never >/sys/kernel/mm/redhat_transparent_hugepage/defrag

cat /proc/sys/vm/swappiness

sysctl -w vm.swappiness=0

This would improve the performance of your virtual machine.
